Please use this form to request a session for the upcoming Performance Recording Day at St. Andrew's Church in Ridgefield, CT. Submitting this form does not confirm your session time. Manheimer Productions will review all requests and follow up with availability, final scheduling, and next steps.

Section 5: Session Type

Which session are you requesting?

Standard Performance Recording Session — $550. 60 minutes, up to two pieces, two angles (optional) , professional audio, editing, private download link, 7-day delivery.

Extended Performance Recording Session — $750. 90 minutes, for longer repertoire, more takes, a more relaxed process, or possible third piece if time allows.

An accompanist will be available on recording days. Participants will be put in touch directly with the accompanist to coordinate repertoire, rehearsal, and fee. Students and families are responsible for confirming whether their specific school, program, audition, or competition permits accompaniment.

Section 8: Optional Add-Ons

Second Camera Angle — No charge. Wide performance angle + closer musician-focused angle

Additional Piece Within Allotted Time — $100. If time allows, an additional piece may be recorded and edited within the booked session.

Rush Delivery — $100. Two-day delivery.

Separate High-Quality Audio File — $50. Standalone mixed audio file for sharing, archiving, or application use.

Additional Edit / Version — $100. Additional take, alternate edit, alternate file version, or revised selection.

Section 9: Application Responsibility

I understand that every school, competition, and program sets its own requirements. I am responsible for confirming the submission deadline, accepted file formats, number of pieces required, whether separate videos are required, whether 2 camera angles are allowed, whether accompaniment is required or permitted, and any camera angle or visibility requirements.

I understand that additional fees may apply for re-edits, alternate versions, file changes, or additional deliverables requested after delivery.

Section 10: Arrival / Scheduling Policy

I understand that final session times will be assigned by Manheimer Productions after all requests are reviewed. Preferred recording windows are requests, not guaranteed time slots.

I understand that students should arrive 10–15 minutes before their confirmed recording time, and no earlier than 15 minutes unless arranged in advance. Recording sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.

Section 11: Portfolio Permission

May Manheimer Productions use a short excerpt from the finished recording as a portfolio or promotional sample?

Advance payment in full is required to register for a Performance Recording Day session. Session requests are reviewed by Manheimer Productions, and final session times are assigned after all requests are reviewed.

Standard Performance Recording Session — $550

Optional add-ons such as rush delivery, separate audio file, or additional edit/version, may be added later.

If all spots for Saturday, August 29, 2026 fill, Manheimer Productions may open a second recording day on Saturday, September 19, 2026.

If Manheimer Productions is unable to accommodate your session request, you will receive a full refund.

All sales are final once your session is confirmed, except in the event that Manheimer Productions is unable to accommodate your request.
